About this event

On Tuesday, May 31st, the FountainHead RI community will be hosting its first event of 2022 on the topic of self-care, with an immersive twist. This event will be held in-person, the first in-person community educational panel event since 2019!

Why Attend?

• Understand how to further embrace wellness and cultivate resilience, regardless of the stressful environment you likely may find yourself in on a daily basis, which has been further exacerbated by the recent pandemic.

• Our panel of experts and thought leaders will hone in on tools and wellness mechanisms that you can embrace TODAY, providing more than a momentary present but an altering experience that can swiftly provide relief, especially if integrated into a daily routine.

• Following the panel session, we invite you to stick around for both informal networking as well as an opportunity to get a hands-on, immersive experience into many of the topics discussed as part of the panel (i.e. massage, reiki, meditation, yoga) *Actual activities still to be determined

So join us! Connect, embrace the movements, and let go of preferences; it’s the mindset that will keep you coming back for more and powering ahead towards enhanced focus and crushing your life goals!
