On Wednesday, October 4th, 2023, FountainHead RI hosted an event discussing “Leadership and Culture in the Workplace.” We were thrilled to revisit this topic, which garnered a high turnout in 2019. Given the changes in the workplace landscape due to the pandemic, understanding the evolving needs of employees is crucial in today’s dynamic workforce.

For those who could not attend, this event saw over 150 business and community leaders engaging in a vibrant discussion on this very topic. We were honored to have Governor McKee, Lt. Governor Sabina Matos, and key members of Rhode Island’s general assembly in attendance.
