FountainHead RI to host its premier 2021 kick-off community educational panel event on “Self-care and Mental Health.”

About this Event

On Thursday, May 27th, the FountainHead RI community will be hosting its first event of 2021 on the topic of “Self-Care and Mental Health.” This event will be held in a digital (online) format only.

To say we have been through a lot these past 12+ months might be the understatement of the century. The pandemic (still underway) has impacted each one of us differently; however it most likely has changed the way you live your life and conduct your business. Life as we knew it may never be the same; and for some parts of our lives, that very well may be okay. Sadly, some of us have lost loved ones and others have not seen their loved ones in some time. How do you cope with something that can be so traumatic? How can you emerge from a global pandemic with greater resilience and inspiration? What is self-care and why is it so important? These questions and much more insight will be gained by attending this incredible community educational panel event. We look forward to seeing everyone virtually and look forward to the day our entire community can come together in-person once again.

100% online panel event – no need to leave your home or business! Just simply use zoom link – link to be provided to registered attendees a few days prior to the actual event.

Please arrive a few minutes early as we will begin promptly at 5:30 pm and run for one full hour, including time for Q&A at the end.
