01 — For attendees

Find an event, get a ticket, walk right in.

Everything from the first look at an event to the moment you scan in at the door.

  • Events at a glance

    Dates, venues, agendas, speakers, and how many spots are left, on one clear page per event.

  • RSVP in three steps

    Choose tickets, add your details and your guests’ names, review, done. Waitlists and requests to attend are handled for you.

  • Pay online

    Pay for tickets with PayPal, Venmo, or a debit or credit card, no PayPal account needed. Your seats are held while you pay.

  • QR tickets

    Every confirmed guest gets their own QR ticket, scanned at the door for a fast check-in.

  • Email confirmations and reminders

    Your QR ticket by email, plus a reminder the day before.

  • Manage your RSVP

    A private link to change guest names, cancel, or give your ticket to a colleague.

  • Waitlist that moves

    When a spot opens up, the next person on the waitlist gets a time-limited offer to claim it. Unclaimed offers move down the line.

  • In your calendar

    Add one event, or subscribe once and every FountainHead RI event appears in Apple, Google, or Outlook calendars.

  • Your account

    Sign in with a code sent to your email (no password). See all your tickets in one place, past and upcoming.

    After each event: a written recap and a photo gallery.

  • Event chat

    A live chat for everyone attending, open from the day your RSVP is confirmed. Replies, reactions, and @mentions.

  • A channel for every session

    Talk about a panel while it’s happening, in a channel just for that session.

  • Session Q&A

    Ask the speakers a question (by name or anonymously) and upvote the best ones. The top questions rise to the top.

  • Who’s going

    An opt-in attendee list for each event, so you can see who you’ll meet and reach out ahead of time.

  • Connections

    Send a connection request with a short note. Connections stay with you from event to event.

  • Private messages

    One-to-one messages with your connections, readable only by the two of you.

  • Digital contact card

    Show your QR code; someone scans it and sends you a request. No business cards, and you decide who to accept.

  • Works on spotty Wi-Fi

    Messages typed without a connection wait, and send on their own when you’re back online.

  • Notifications

    Messages, mentions, replies, connection requests, and announcements under one bell, live. Choose what’s also emailed, with quiet hours.

05 — Privacy and safety

Your information, your choice.

Professional networking works when people feel safe. These protections are on for everyone.

  • Opt-in everything

    You only appear on an attendee list if you join it, and only connections see your LinkedIn.

  • Private means private

    Direct messages can only be read by the two people in them. Staff see a message only if one of you reports it.

  • You decide who can reach you

    Choose who sees your profile, who can send you requests, and whether non-connections can message you (off by default).

  • Report and block

    Block anyone in one step, or report a message or person to our staff, who review every report.
