Give Through a Donor-Advised Fund

If you or your organization give through a donor-advised fund, you can recommend a grant to FountainHead RI directly from your fund.

How it works

  1. Choose your fund’s sponsor: Fidelity Charitable, DAFgiving360 (Schwab) or BNY Mellon.
  2. Enter an amount and, if you like, a designation, then select Next.
  3. Your sponsor’s site opens in a new tab. Sign in there to recommend the grant to FountainHead RI.

Grants are made by your fund’s sponsor. FountainHead RI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, EIN 82-1005252. If your sponsor isn’t listed, use our name and EIN on your sponsor’s own grant form.
